Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program

Rebuilding Lives offers case management support and financial assistance for individuals and families who have lost their primary source of income due to divorce, separation/fleeing a relations, death or disability of a spouse and are the primary homemakers providing care for their home and children.

Through support from a self-sufficiency counselor, participants gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to become more self-sufficient.

TriCAP serves households in Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Pine, Stearns, Sherburne, and Wright Counties. Services are free to those who qualify.
